Bergerie
Description
La Bergerie, with a surface area of 75 m², is completely independent and has 3.5 hectares of shared, unfenced land.
Fifty meters from the cottage is an unheated swimming pool (accessible at no extra charge) shared by the cottages, the owner, and his family. It is fenced, has access stairs, sun loungers, and games. It measures 10 meters by 5 meters and is 1.10 meters to 1.80 meters deep. The pool is open from early June to late September.
La Bergerie has two floors. On the ground floor, there is a living/dining room with a fully equipped kitchen and a separate toilet. The staircase leads to a landing with two bedrooms and a bathroom with a toilet.

The beds are equipped with pillows and duvets.
Baby equipment is available on request: crib, bouncer, high chair, bathtub, and changing mat.
Sheets and towels are provided free of charge.

The first bedroom has a 160cm x 200cm bed, while the second bedroom has two 90cm x 200cm beds. There is also a wardrobe.
The beds are equipped with a duvet, two pillows with pillowcases, and a blanket.
Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with all appliances:

We have provided all the necessary crockery, dishes, pots and pans, etc., as well as tea towels, cleaning products, and a few basic groceries.
Bathroom

Upstairs, the bathroom has a shower, sink, and toilet.
We provide one bath towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth per person.
Living room

The large room has a dining area with a table and four chairs and a lounge area with a sofa bed, an armchair, a cabinet with books and card and board games, a TV corner with an 82cm smart TV, and WiFi with internet access.

The terrace overlooks the valley. It opens directly onto the clothesline.
